  WORST PLACE TO GO TO FOR COFFEE! I always ask for extra ice because I get an iced latte. Iced lattes have espresso which comes out very hot which you can assume melts the ice very quickly. Well I have witnessed these employees literally make fun of me and overheard multiple comments by them regarding my request. I used to ask for a medium in a large cup which they told me they would have to start charging me for a large? Just to make it clear IM NOT GETTING ANY EXTRA ANOUNT OF BEVERAGE JUST EXTRA ICE! So why would they charge me for a large just because I want the extra space to have more ice ? They're very rude and not professional. They also don't make lattes right lol just to throw that in there. Lattes: flavoring first, espresso, ice then milk. How they make it: ice, milk, espresso, then flavoring. WORST PLACE EVER ! Also hash browns are never cooked all the way. Donuts and munchkins are always hard as a rock! Even in the mornings! Which is when they're supposed to be made ! They make the donuts at 4 a.m I've been there at 6 and they were stale and barely eatable. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Just save yourself and go to Starbucks ! Or just go to a different Dunkin' Donuts all together
