  The service has always been exellent when we've eaten here, just one "hiccup" lately... last few times I've ordered their yummy ribs, they've been under cooked and tough to chew. Work on it guys, that's your signature item! Lot's of high INDIRECT heat for a LONG time needed for ribs.

  They are clearly under staffed. I may have seen 5 total servers and it was packed. We got there at 6PM on a Thursday and had a 30 minute wait.
  
  Once seated a nice gentleman took our drink order and said our server would be over shortly. It was about 10 minute before we saw anyone and she took our order and we did not see her again until we paid and that was only because another worker went to get her. I saw her talk to this table from the moment we got our food till we were done (about 20 minutes). They were slammed and she was having social hour! And my corn was cold.

  It started out with a bad experience. It was my husband's 67th Birthday. So I took him to Chili's. Bad idea food wasn't cooked right. No silver ware had to ask for it. And napkins but whole and behold Eric seen things were not going right. He made everything right. Thank you Eric.
